# ACH Report Changes Implementation

We've implemented the following changes to the ACH Report as requested:

## 1. Headers Removed from CSV File
The CSV export no longer includes column headers in the file, making it more compatible with direct import into banking systems.

## 2. Account Type Format Changed
- "Checking" is now expressed as "Ck"
- "Savings" is now expressed as "Sv"

## 3. Institute Header Format Updated
- Institute header is now formatted as "City, Country" (e.g. "St. John's, Antigua")
- Added city and country fields to the employee database to store this information
- Both fields can be managed through the existing employee management interface

## Technical Changes
1. Created a new database migration (033_add_city_country_to_employees.js) to add city and country columns to the employees table
2. Updated the employee controller to handle these new fields
3. Modified the ACH report generation to use the new format
4. Updated the ACH reporting documentation to reflect these changes

## How to Use
1. Update your employees' records to include city and country information
2. Generate ACH reports as usual - they will now follow the new format

## Testing
Please generate a test ACH report to confirm the changes meet your requirements.
